- 2 / 5By Bob Brooks9-9-16 7 pm. The disoriented young cashier added an item to our order with extra cost. I caught it as I looked at the receipt. At first he just played dumb but then he said that I had ordered two meats. I asked for a refund on the extra cost of the extra meat that I did not order.... he gave me the refund without refunding the tax. The kids working the food counter took a ridiculous amount of time getting our small order out....only one person was waiting for their food before us but it took 13 minutes to get 2 small sandwiches and a salad! I do like the food very much though! Due to the bad service I give it only 2 stars, but the food is 5 stars! I wish there was a mature manager there overseeing these slow young kids!May 06, 2017
