  I absolutely loved this place!!! My first time there I took my girlfriend and tried the appetizer, 2 different entrées and topped it off with several (couldn't choose one) desert choices! Great place, great service and they were super friendly and attentive. Will definitely be going back!

  Chef Sara is a master at preparing raw vegan food. Every dish is bursting with flavor. You could never imagine raw vegan good could be so tasty! Her rawgazmic sandwich and mushroom quiches are divine and the Thai food is exceptional. Warm soups are also available and delicious!
  
  Chef Sara will sit down with you at the table and go over all the health benefits of each ingredient and has helped many people heal from various health issues. Definitely worth the trip!!!

  All the nutrients, flavor and then some! My wife and I are not rookies to RAW food. We know the benefits of a raw food diet and seek out vegan shops whenever possible. That said, we like a good burger now and then too. Raw Vegan restaurants are not common and hit or miss at best since the magic of combining flavors without heating is apparently lost on the majority. Chef Sara's Raw Vegan Academy and Cafe is a rare gem to be sought out by any adventurous foodie or anyone seeking a healthy alternative full of wonderful flavors. Chef Sara is an artisan with a purpose. This may be one of the best raw vegan restaurants in the United States let alone the entire southwest. We sat outside under the stars while listening to the blues band next door. Maybe we were influenced by the atmosphere but we thought everything we had was delicious.
