  Deliverd pizza with toppings scattered all over box 1st time 2nd cold and soggy 3rd no better than 2nd promised a free pizza next order did not honor that even though manager said he noted it in computer. Call today in hopes they may do better or give us there word on the free round that was noted.... because pizza again was horrible and waited on hold for 9 minutes gave up called back waited 6 minutes with my wife this round. No thanks!!! At least there building a new one a half mile away!!! 1 star because how can a Barro's be this crappy!?!?!

  These North Valley locations have gotten absolutely terrible! They cannot fill the pizza and wing orders within the time frames and seem to be running around the kitchen and dining floor in a chaotic state. It all started with the old Cave Creek location closing and the problems have followed them to their newest location. Avoid this location, order from North Scottsdale instead!

  Wow...Iam speechless!! This new location is chaotic & the pizza was soggy & undercooked! Management was nowhere to be found last night, & the youngsters working there never checked tables or asked if you needed silverware or a To-Go box. We put 3/4 of our pizza in a box, walked outside & dumped it in the trash. This Cave Creek location does not hold a candle to the former location in downtown Cave Creek....very disappointing. I'll stick w/an hour wait @Oreganos on Cave Creek Rd.

  Best delivery/pickup pizza and wings chain in AZ. The thin crust pizza is the bomb. The wings and the wing sauces are awesome. You get quality pizza here. In my opinion, it's better than Papa John's, Pizza Hut, Dominoes, Little Caesar, etc. It's a spicier sauce than Spinato's. The dining hall is nothing to write home about nor is the salad bar or the salad options. It's a pizza and wings joint.
